Educational Qualifications:
a) Central Research Team (Product Lead): Candidate must possess Master of Business Administration (MBA)/ PGDM/ PGDBM (OR) CA/CFA qualification.
b) Central Research Team (Support): Candidate must hold Graduate degree or Postgraduate in any of Commerce, Finance, Economics, Management, Mathematics, or Statistics discipline.
c) Project Development Manager (Technology): Master of Business Administration (MBA) / PGDM / PGDBM / MMS or Engineer degree (B.E. / B. Tech./ M.Tech.)
d) Project Development Manager (Business): Candidate must possess Master of Business Administration (MBA) / PGDM / PGDBM / MMS.
e) Relationship Manager/ VP Wealth/ Regional Head: Graduate degree in any field/ discipline from a recognized University/ Institution
f) Relationship Manager – Team Lead: Graduate degree in any field/ discipline from a recognized University/ Institution
g) Investment Specialist/ Investment Officer: (i) Candidate must hold an MBA/ PGDM, or PGDBM degree from a recognized college or university, or CA/CFA qualified. ii. Candidates have a valid NISM 21A certification

Selection Process
Selection process will consist of Shortlisting of application and Interview. After preliminary screening/ short-listing, shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
Application Fee
General & EWS candidates will pay Application fees/ Intimation Charges of Rs 750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred Fifty only). The fee will be paid through an online payment gateway which will be open during the online application by using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking etc. Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ OBC/ PwBD candidates are not required to pay Application fees/ Intimation Charges

Candidates should upload all required documents in PDF format and pay the required fees (if applicable). After registration, the candidates should take a printout of the system-generated online application form.
