Educational Qualifications
a) Duty Manager (Passenger): Candidate must possess Graduate degree along with 16 years of experience in the field of passenger handling.
b) Junior Officer (Customer Service): Candidate must be a Graduate with 9 years of passenger handling experience OR Candidate must hold Graduate Degree with MBA and 06 years aviation experience in Passenger handling.
c) Junior Officer (Technical): Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or Electronics and Communication). Candidate must hold a valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) driver’s license.
d) Customer Service Executive: Candidate must have completed Graduation.
e) Jr. Customer Service Executive: Candidate must have passed 10+2 examination from a recognized board.
f) Sr. Customer Service Executive: Candidate must have completed Graduation with 05 years experience.
g) Ramp Service Executive: (i) Candidate must hold a 03 years Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Electronics, or Automobile Engineering (OR)
An ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate issued by the National Council of Technical Training (NCTVT) in a relevant trade. Candidate must have passed Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent with Hindi, English, or a local language as a subject.
(ii) Candidate must have a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) license at the time of the trade test.
h) Utility Agent-cum-Ramp Driver: Candidate must have passed SSC /10th Standard examination. Candidate must have a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) license at the time of the trade test.
i) Handyman/ Handywoman: Candidate must have passed SSC /10th Standard examination. Candidate should be able to read and understand English.
Age Limit (as on 01.06.2024)
Upper age limit is 55 years for Duty Manager (Passenger) post, 33 years for Sr. Customer Service Executive and 28 years for all other posts for General Candidates which is further relaxable by 03 years for OBC candidates and 05 years for SC/ ST candidates.

Selection Process
Selection process will consist of Personal/ Virtual Interview, Trade Test (for Ramp Service Executive/ Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver post only) and Physical Endurance Test (for Handyman/ Handywoman post).
Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) through a Demand Draft in favor of “AI AIRPORT SERVICES LIMITED.”, payable at Mumbai. There are no application fee charges for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Ex-servicemen candidates.
