Educational Qualifications
a) Aircraft Technician (B1): Candidate must possess AME Diploma/ Certificate (02 or 03 years) in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering in Mechanical discipline. OR Three years Diploma in Mechanical/ Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.
b) Aircraft Technician (B2): Candidate must possess AME Diploma/ Certificate (02 or 03 years) in Avionics discipline OR Three years Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecommunication/ Radio/ Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
Age Limit (01.04.2024)
Upper age limit is 35 years for General/ EWS, 38 years for Other Backward Classes (OBC), 40 years for SC/ ST categories as on 1st April 2024.

Emoluments
The emoluments at the time of joining will be Rs. 27,940/- and will be adjusted according to company policy. Any increments will also follow company policy after joining AIESL.
Duration of Contract
Fixed Term Contract will commence for an initial period of five years and may be extended for additional five-year terms until the candidate reaches 58 years of age, which will depend upon requirement of the company and performance of the candidates.

Selection Process
Selection process for Aircraft Technician (B1/B2) will consist of two stages of Preliminary screening, Technical Assessment and Interview. Qualified candidates in 1st Stage will further appear in 2nd Stage.
