- Professor – Level Pay Matrix 14A (Basic Rs.1,68,900-2,20,400) as per 7th CPC with other allowances
- Additional Professor – Level Pay Matrix 13A2 (Basic Rs.1,48,200-2,11,400) as per 7th CPC with other allowances
- Associate Professor – Level Pay Matrix 13A1 (Basic Rs.1,38,300-2,09,200) as per 7th CPC with other allowances
- Assistant Professor – Level Pay Matrix 12 (Basic Rs.1,01,500-1,67,400) as per 7th CPC with other allowances
Education Qualification: Candidate must possess Post Graduate degree (MD/MS/DM/MCh) in concerned specialty along with teaching and research experience in a recognized institute (For specialty wise qualification/experience details, please check official notification link below)

Age Limit (As on 23.02.2024): Upper age limit is 50 years for Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor and 58 years for Professor/ Additional Professor in direct recruitment (56 years in Deputation case/ 70 years in case of Retired faculty)
Application Fee: Application fee of Rs. 1000/- is required to be pay by SC/ ST categories while General candidates will pay application fee of Rs. 1000/-Fee can be pay through online NEFT mode in favor of the ‘Executive Director, AIIMS-Bilaspur’ (check official notification for details). No fee charges for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD).
Selection Process: Eligible candidates found after scrutiny of documents will be invited for Personal interview by the Standing Selection Committee (SSC) of the Institute
