Educational Qualifications
a) Forex Acquisition & Relationship Manager: Candidate must possess a Graduate degree in any field along with Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Marketing / Sales
b) Credit Analyst: Candidate must possess a Graduate degree in any field along with either a Post Graduate Degree in Finance OR CA / CMA / CS / CFA
c) Relationship Manager: Candidate must possess a Graduate degree in any field along with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Finance.
d) Senior Manager (Business Finance): Candidate must possess a Graduate degree in any field along with Chartered Accountant OR Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Finance.
e) Chief Manager (Internal Controls): Candidate must possess a Graduate degree in any field & Chartered Accountant by qualification.

Selection Process
Selection process will consist of an Online test, Psychometric test, Group Discussion and/or Interview. Candidates based on performance in the Online test will be called for Group Discussion (GD)/Personal Interview (PI)/Psychometric Test.
