Age Limit
Upper age limit is 52 years for Assistant Director post, 56 years for Joint Director/ Regional Director, Deputy Director & Senior Aviation Security Officer posts.
Educational Qualifications
a) Joint Director/ Regional Director (JD/ RD): (i) Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree. (ii) Candidate must be holding similar post on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department OR have at least five years of experience in the relevant position after appointment on regular basis.
b) Deputy Director (DD): i) Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree. (ii) Candidate must be holding similar post on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department OR have at least five years of experience in the relevant position after appointment on regular basis.
c) Assistant Director (AD): i) Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree. (ii) Candidate must be holding similar post on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department OR have at least three years of experience in the relevant position after appointment on regular basis.
d) Senior Aviation Security Officer (SASO): i) Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree. (ii) Candidate must be holding similar post on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department OR have at least five years of experience in the relevant position after appointment on regular basis.
