Educational Qualifications
Candidate must possess Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.)/ Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)/ M.E/ M.Tech in one of the Engineering disciplines (Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Telecommunication, Communication, Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology)
Scale of Pay
Candidate will be paid initial salary of Rs. 30,000/- per month during the first year of engagement, Rs. 35,000/- per month during the 2nd year, Rs. 40, 000/- per month during 3rd year respectively
Age limit (As on 1st February 2024)
The upper age limit is 28 years for candidates possessing B.E./ B.Tech degree while for candidates holding M.E./ M.Tech degree, upper age limit is 30 years for General/ EWS Category. Relaxation in upper age is applicable for reserved categories.

Period of Contract
Initial contract for Trainee Engineer post will be for a period of two years starting from the date of joining which may be extended for an additional year (With maximum tenure of 3 years including the initial period)
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on the information provided in their application forms. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test. Only those who pass the written test will then be invited for an interview.
Application Fee
Candidates applying for Trainee Engineer are required to pay an application fee of Rs. /- 150 (+18% GST). Fee can be pay either at any State Bank of India (SBI) branch or can be pay online through SBI Collect using online payment methods. No fee is required from Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and PwBD candidates.
How to Apply
Candidates can submit application online through Google form available at official website of BEL (link also given below this post) from 28th February 2024 to 13th March 2024. After submission of application form, candidates are required to take print of the Application form which will be required to bring to the selection centre on the day of Walk-in selections along with other relevant documents.
