Educational Qualifications
a) Senior Engineer: (1) Candidate must possess a full-time Graduate Degree in Engineering (B.E./ B.Tech or B.Sc – Engineering) in concerned discipline. (2) Candidate should also have post qualification experience of minimum 05 years.
b) Deputy Manager: (1) Candidate must possess a full-time Graduate Degree in Engineering (B.E./ B.Tech or B.Sc – Engineering) in concerned discipline. (2) Candidate should also have post qualification experience of minimum 09 years.
c) Senior Manager: (1) Candidate must possess a full-time Graduate Degree in Engineering (B.E./ B.Tech or B.Sc – Engineering) in concerned discipline. (2) Candidate should also have post qualification experience of minimum 15 years.

Age Limit (As on 1st March 2024):
Upper age limit required for the posts is as follows:
- Senior Engineer: 32 years
- Deputy Manager: 36 years
- Senior Manager: 42 years

Selection Process
Selection for all these posts will be made through Personal interviews only. In case of large number of applications, candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on aggregate marks of all semesters/ years secured in B.E./ B.Tech degree.
Application Fee
All candidates are required to pay application processing fee of Rs. 400+ 18% GST (Total Rs. 472) through SBI Collect Portal. After payment of fees, a Acknowledgement slip will be generated. Candidate should take print of this slip which are required to be send through hard copy of application.

Candidates are required to submit online applications through official websites of BHEL https://edn.bhel.com or http://careers.bhel.in on or before 31st March 2024. After submission of online application, candidates are also required to submit hard copy of the online application/ documents at address Post Box No. 3842, BHEL House, Sirifort, New Delhi – 110049 till 3rd April 2024.
