Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has released a recruitment notification for recruitment to 143 posts of Associate Professor and Assistant Professor (Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dental Sciences & College of Nursing). Candidates can submit their applications through online mode at BHU website till 4th March 2024.

- Associate Professor – Rs. 1,31,400 – 2,17,100 (Academic Level-13-A)
- Assistant Professor – Rs- 67,700 -208700 (Level-11)
- Assistant Professor – Rs. 57,700 – 1,82,400 (Academic Level–10)
Educational Qualifications/Experience: Candidate must possess MD/ MS/MDS/ DNB in relevant discipline and a minimum of 3 years post qualification (PG) experience (for details please check official notification).

Selection Process: Selection for Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor will be made through Interview. Candidate will be called for interview after shortlisting on the basis of Quality Scores obtained by the candidates.
Application Fee: General or Unreserved/EWS/Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates are required to pay Application fees of Rs. 1000. The fee can be paid through an online payment gateway which will be open during the online application by using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking etc. No fee charges for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ PwBD candidates/ Women & Transgender candidates.
