Educational Qualification
Candidate must possess a MD/MS degree in concerned specialty. Candidate must have minimum three years’ experience as Senior Resident/ Tutor in Medical College.

Scale of Pay
Candidates selected for the position of Assistant Professor will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 15,600-39,100 (Level-11 of the Pay Matrix as per the 7th Pay Commission).
Age Limit (as on 01.08.2023)
Maximum age limit is 45 years for Unreserved (Male), 48 years for Unreserved (Female), Backward Classes/ Extremely Backward Classes (Male/ Female), and 50 years for Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST) (Male/ Female).
Selection Process
Final selection of Assistant Professor will be made on the basis of marks obtained in MD/ MS qualification, Experience in the concerned field in Govt. Sector and marks obtained in the Interview.
