Eligibility Criteria
Officers of the Central Govt./ State Govt./ Union Territories:
(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department: OR (ii) have two years regular service in a post in Pay Matrix Level-07 (Rs.44900-142400) or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department.
(b) (i) Candidate must possess a Graduate degree. (ii) Candidate must have three years relevant experience

Scale of Pay
Rs.47600 -1,51,100 (Pay Matrix Level-08). After completion of four years of regular service, pay scale will be as per Level-09 of pay matrix.
