Educational Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Graduate degree in any discipline.
Age Limit (as on 01.08.2023)
Upper age limit is 35 years as on 1st August 2023. Upper age limit is relaxable to SC/ST candidates by 05 years.
Scale of Pay
Level-10 ₹ 56,100/- as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix (PB-III of Pre-revised scale Rs.15,600 39,100 + GP Rs. 5,400/-) along with other allowances.

Selection Process
Written Examination, Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Medical Examination, Interview, and personality Test. There will be three papers in Written Examination: Paper-I (Intelligence Test and General knowledge), Paper-II (Professional Skill) and Paper-III (Essay, Precis Writing and Comprehension).

Eligible candidates are required to submit application as per prescribed format along with supporting document as proof of the Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, Caste/ Tribal Certificate etc. to the respective Directorate General through proper channel. Scale of Pay: Level-3 ₹ 21,700 – 69,100/- as per 7th CPC along with other allowances.
Education Qualification: Candidate must have passed Matriculation or relevant examination from a recognized board.
Sports Qualifications
- Sportspersons of merit who have represented a State/ Country in any recognized National Games, National Championship (Both Junior & Senior Levels) or international events during the last three years from 1st January 2021 to 31st December 2023.
- Sportspersons of merit who have represented University in All India Inter-University Tournaments organized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) in last three years from 1st January 2021 to 31st December 2023.
- Sportspersons of merit who have participated in National School Games organized by School Games Federation of India (SGFI) on behalf of the State School Team during the last three years from 1st January 2021 to 31st December 2023.
Age Limit (as on 15th February 2024): Minimum age limit for Constable (GD) post is 18 years and maximum 23 years as on 15th February 2024. Upper age limit is relaxable to reserved categories as per govt. rules.
Application Fees: Application fee of Rs. 100/- will be paid by the Male candidates belonging to Unreserved (UR), Other Backward Classes (OBC) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS). No fee charges for Female, Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST). Fees will be pay online during online application submission process.
Selection Process: Selection process will consist of Documentation, Physical Standard Test (PST) and Detailed Medical Examination. In documentation, applicants have to produce all original documents/certificates pertaining to age, education, caste, sports achievement etc. before the Recruitment Board. Candidates who qualify in documentation will be invited for Physical Standard Test (PST). Only candidates who pass the Physical Screening Test (PST) will be considered for Detailed Medical Examination (DME) on the basis of merit. Merit will be created based on Marks obtained by the candidates on the basis of Medals/Participants certificates.
