Educational Qualifications
a) Graduate Apprentices: Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in concerned engineering discipline i.e. Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering or Computer Science & Engineering
b) Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: Candidate must possess a Diploma in concerned engineering discipline i.e. Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering
c) Trade (ITI) Apprentices: Candidate must have completed ITI in respective field i.e. Fitter/ Electrician/ Electronic Mechanic/ Turner/ COPA/ Machinist

Selection Process
For engagement of apprentices, selection will be made based on Academic Merit and performance in Written Test / Interview as required.
How to Apply
Only fresh pass-out candidates (who have passed their respective courses in the year 2021, 2022 & 2023) can apply for apprenticeships. Candidates who want to apply for Graduate Apprentice/ Technician Apprentice (Diploma) must register on National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal (https://nats.education.gov.in)
Candidates who wish to apply for Trade Apprentice (ITI) must register on National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) portal (www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in). After registration, candidates can download prescribed Performa from official website (which is also attached herewith official notification) and can submit duly filled Performa in closed envelop which will be super scribed with “APPLICATION FOR APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING AT ASL” through registered/speed at address “The Director, Advanced Systems Laboratory (ASL), Kanchanbagh PO, Hyderabad-500058”. Last date for receipt of application is 7th March 2024.
