Application fees charges are Rs. 100/- (One Hundred only). Women, Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwBD), and Ex-servicemen don’t need to pay the application fee. Fee will be pay through SBI e-pay during submission of online application at the portal.

Education Qualification:
(i) Trained Graduate Teacher (Maths): Bachelor’s Degree (Honours/Pass) or equivalent degree with Mathematics as main subject with minimum 45% marks in aggregate along with one of the school subjects.
(ii) Trained Graduate Teacher (English): Bachelor’s Degree (Honours/Pass) or equivalent degree with English as main subject with minimum 45% marks in aggregate along with one of the school subjects.
(iii) Trained Graduate Teacher (Social Science): Bachelor’s Degree (Honours/Pass) or equivalent degree with Social Science as main subject with minimum 45% marks in aggregate along with one of the school subjects.
(iv) Trained Graduate Teacher (Natural Science): Bachelor’s Degree (Honours/Pass) or equivalent degree with Natural Science as main subject having 45% marks overall along with one of the school subjects.
(v) Trained Graduate Teacher (Hindi): Candidate must possess B.A. (Honours) in Hindi or B.A. with Hindi as one of the elective subjects with minimum 45% marks in aggregate with one additional language/ one school subject at degree level. OR Equivalent Oriental degree in Hindi having 45% marks overall.
(vi) Trained Graduate Teacher (Sanskrit): Candidate must possess B.A. (Honours) in Sanskrit or B.A. with Sanskrit as one of the elective subjects with minimum 45% marks in aggregate with one additional language/ one school subject at degree level. OR Equivalent oriental degree in Sanskrit from a recognized university having 45% marks overall.
(vii) Trained Graduate Teacher (Urdu): Candidate must possess B.A. (Honours) in Urdu or B.A. with Urdu as one of the elective subjects with minimum 45% marks in aggregate with one additional language or one school subject at degree level. OR Equivalent oriental degree in Urdu from a recognized university having 45% marks overall.
(viii) Trained Graduate Teacher (Punjabi): Candidate must possess B.A. (Honours) in Punjabi or B.A. with Punjabi as one of the elective subjects with minimum 45% marks in aggregate with one additional language or one school subject at degree level. OR Equivalent oriental degree in Punjabi from a recognized university having 45% marks overall.
(ix) Drawing Teacher: Diploma (Five Years) in Drawing or Painting or Sculpture or Graphic Art OR Post Graduation in Drawing and Painting or Fine Art from a recognized university OR Graduation in Drawing or Painting or Fine Art along with full time Diploma of two years in Painting or Fine Art

- Trained Graduate Teacher: Below 32 years.
- Drawing Teacher: Now above 30 years
