Educational Qualifications/Experience:
a) Senior Manager (Mechanical) – Graduation in Mechanical Engineering along with 9 years
executive experience
b) Senior Manager (Marketing) – Candidate must possess two years Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture/ Management
c) Officer (Sales) – Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Agriculture
d) Officer (Welfare) – (i) Any Degree along with Degree/ Diploma in Social Science or LLB (with Labour Law as elective subject)
e) Technician (Process)– Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry OR Diploma in Engineering (Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology (including Petrochemical Technology) with 2 years relevant experience
f) Management Trainee – Graduate degree in Engineering in relevant discipline
g) Craftsman (Instrumentation) – Matriculation passed with National Trade Certificate in the trade of Instrumentation along with 2 years experience as Craftsman Instrumentation
h) Rigger Assistant – Matriculation passed with 5 years experience in Materials handling, Rigging jobs and other works related to plant / equipment / maintenance

Selection Process: As per the post, selection process will consist of Screening of application, Test (CBT), Group Discussion, Skill Test and Interview (please check official notification for details).

- For Technician (Process), Craftsman, Rigger Assistant – Rs. 590/-
- For all Managerial posts – 1180/-
Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST)/ PWBD/ Internal candidates (i.e. employees on permanent rolls of the Company who have been absorbed in scale of pay as on the relevant date)/ eligible dependents of deceased employees are not required to pay application fee.
