Educational Qualifications
a) Assistant Superintendent (HR): Candidate must possess Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) OR Bachelor Degree in any field with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personal Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Law and Labour Welfare/ BSW/ B.A. (Social work)/B.A. (Sociology)
b) Assistant Superintendent (Hindi Translator): Candidate should have Graduate degree in Hindi with English as one of the subjects and minimum 01-year diploma in Hindi translation (Hindi to English and vice versa)
c) Assistant Superintendent (CS): Candidate must hold a Bachelor Degree with Inter Company Secretary (CS)
d) Technical Assistant: Candidate must have a minimum three years full-time Diploma in relevant branch of Engineering.
e) Office Assistant-Clerical staff: Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any field along with one year Computer application certificate course.
f) Office Assistant (Finance/IA): Candidate should possess a Commerce Degree with one year Computer application certificate course
g) Painter: Candidate should have passed 10th/ SSC examination.
h) Vehicle Driver: Candidate should have passed 10th/ SSC examination and have a heavy vehicle driving license with a badge.
i) Record Keeper: Candidate should have passed 10th/ SSC examination and have completed a minimum of 06 months computer application certificate course.
j) Cook (Delhi office)/ Cook: Candidate should have passed 10th/ SSC examination
k) Plumber: Candidate must have ITI certificate in the Plumber trade
l) Safety Steward: Candidate should have passed 10th/ SSC examination and one-year diploma in Industrial safety/ Fire & safety/ Safety management.

Selection Process
Selection for the posts will be made through Written test, Document Verification and Skill/ Trade test. The written test will either be a Computer based Test (CBT) or Pen Paper based Test (PBT).
Application Fee
Candidate must pay non-refundable application fee of ₹ 200/- (Non-Refundable) online during online application submission using State Bank of India (SBI) e-pay (debit card, credit card, net banking, etc.). Applicants from Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwBD), and Ex-Servicemen are not required to pay the fee, as per Government of India rules. No fee is required to be paid by internal candidates applying for these posts.
