Educational Qualifications
a) Mining: (i) Candidate must possess Diploma in Mining and 5 years experience in the relevant field (ii) Candidate must hold a Foreman’s Certificate of Competency for Metalliferous Mines (Unrestricted) OR
(i) Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering and have 2 years of relevant experience.
ii. Candidate must hold a hold either an Unrestricted Foreman’s Certificate or a Second-Class Manager’s Certificate (Unrestricted) for metalliferous mines.
b) Electrical: Candidate must hold a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and possess 5 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience
c) Company Secretary: Candidate must have completed Graduation and have 5 years relevant experience OR Candidate have passed Final Examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India / UK.
d) Finance: Candidate must have completed Graduation and also have 5 years of experience in the relevant field OR have passed the Intermediate Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants, along with five years of experience in the relevant field OR hold a postgraduate degree/ diploma in Finance/ an MBA in Finance, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
e) HR: Candidate must possess Graduate degree along with 5 years relevant work experience OR Candidate must hold a PG Degree or PG Diploma in HR/ MBA in HR along with 2 years relevant work experience.

Age Limit (as on 01.06.2024)
Upper age limit for Junior Manager post is 40 years as on 1st June 2024. For SC / ST / OBC / PWD / Ex-servicemen categories, upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. of India guidelines.
Scale of Pay
Candidates selected for Junior Manager post will receive salary as per initial of basic pay in the scale of Rs 30000-3%-120000/-.
Selection Process
Selection for Junior Manager post will be made through a Written Test and Document verification.
Application Fee
There is a non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 500 (Five Hundred Only) for General, OBC, and EWS candidates. Payment of fees can only be made online through HCL’s website using the Payment Gateway or NEFT. All other candidates including PwBDs are not required to pay any application fee.
