High Court of Judicature at Allahabad has published a notification for direct recruitment to the Uttar Pradesh Higher Judicial Service 2023 to fill up 83 vacancies. Eligible Advocates having requisite qualifications can submit their application online till 30th April 2024.

Educational Qualifications
(i) To be eligible to apply, an Advocate must not be already in the service of the Union/of State. Candidate should have been practicing continuously as an advocate for minimum 07 years. (ii) Applicants must have personally handled at least 30 individual cases (other than bunch cases) for Unreserved/ EWS (24 cases for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates).
Age Limit (as on 01.01.2024)
Candidates should be of minimum 35 years of age and should be below 45 years as on 1st January 2024. The candidates must have been born on or after 2nd January 1979 and not later than 1st January 1989. There is relaxation in upper age limit by 03 years for SC / ST / OBC/ PwD category belonging to U.P. State.
Scale of Pay
Selected candidates will be paid as per pay scale Rs. 144840-194660.
Selection Process
Selection will be made through Preliminary Examination details of which will be notified in due course.
