Educational Qualifications
a) Executive: (i) Candidate must possess a degree in concerned discipline with minimum 60% marks. (ii) Candidate must have minimum 02 years relevant experience.
b) Deputy Manager: (i) Candidate must possess a degree in concerned discipline with minimum 60% marks. (ii) Candidate must have minimum 07 years relevant experience.
c) Manager: (i) Candidate must possess a degree in concerned discipline with minimum 60% marks. (ii) Candidate must have minimum 10 years relevant experience.
d) Senior Manager: (i) Candidate must possess a degree in concerned discipline with minimum 60% marks. (ii) Candidate must have minimum 14 years relevant experience.
e) Deputy General Manager: (i) Candidate must possess a degree in concerned discipline with minimum 60% marks. (ii) Candidate must have minimum 18 years relevant experience.
Selection Process
HSCC may conduct any of Interview, a Skill/ Written test and/or Group discussion and/or personal interaction for the selection of candidates depending upon the number of applications received for each post.
Application Fee
Applicants are required to pay non-refundable fee of ₹ 1000/- online during the submission of online application. However, there are no application fee charges for Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST)/ PWD and Internal candidates. Fee will be pay online using debit card/ credit card/ net-banking.
