Educational Qualifications
a) Contracts & Materials: Candidate must possess Engineering degree (in any stream) with 60% marks OR Full-time regular MBA/ Full-Time Postgraduate Diploma in Materials Management with 60% marks.
b) Chemical: Candidate must possess Engineering degree/ AMIE in Chemical/ Chemical Technology with minimum aggregate of 60 % marks.
c) Instrumentation: Candidate must possess Engineering degree in Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics Instrumentation & Control/ Industrial Instrumentation/ Process Control Instrumentation/ Electronics & Electrical/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Control/ Electronics & Communication or AMIE with minimum aggregate 60% marks.
d) Safety: (i) Candidate must possess Engineering Degree in Fire Engineering / Safety & Fire Engineering/ Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical or AMIE with minimum 60 % marks. (ii) Candidate must also possess Diploma in Industrial Safety or Divisional Officers Course from NFSC.
e) Marketing: Candidate must hold B.Sc. (Agriculture) with M.Sc. in agriculture with minimum 60% marks or BSc. (Agriculture)/ B.Tech in any stream with full time MBA/ PGDBM in Marketing/Agri-Business Marketing/ Rural Management.
f) Finance: Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants or Cost Accountants of India (CA/CMA) or Two years full time regular MBA/ PGDM with specialization in Finance with minimum 60% marks
g) Corporate Communication: Candidate must possess full-time regular Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Communication/ Advertising & Communication Management/ Public Relations/ Mass Communication/ Journalism with minimum 60% marks.
h) HR: Full-time regular MBA/ MSW/ Integrated 05 years MBA OR Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma of in HRM/ Personnel Management/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relation with minimum 60% marks.
i) Legal: Candidate must hold 03 years Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB)/ 05 year integrated law degree with minimum 60% marks.
