IDBI Bank has released a notification regarding admissions to one year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF). Upon successful completion of the course, the candidate will be awarded PGDBF Diploma and can begin career as Junior Assistant Manager (Grade ‘O’) with IDBI Bank. Applicants from West and South Zones through Manipal (MGES) Bengaluru and from East and North Zones through Nitte (NEIPL) Greater Noida can apply online for the PGDBF course from 12.02.2024 to 26.02.2024.

Education Qualification
(i) Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree from a government recognized university (or equivalent). Diplomas alone will not be considered.
(ii) Candidate be proficient in using computers.
(iii) Proficiency in regional language(s) is a plus point.
Age Limit (as 31.01.2024): Age limit is 20 years to 25 years as on 31st January 2024. Applicants must have been born on or after January 31, 1999, and on or before January 31, 2004. The relaxation in upper age limit to SC/ST/OBC candidates is allowed as per rules.

Emoluments: During the Training Period (6 Months) – Rs.5,000/- per month; Internship Period (2 Months) – Rs.15,000/- per month. After joining the Bank’s services as Junior Assistant Manager -JAM (Grade ‘O’): compensation (CTC) of Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh
Application Fees: SC/ST/PwBD Candidates are required to pay only intimation charges of Rs. 200, while all other candidates will pay Application Fees/ Intimation Charges of Rs.1000/-. Fees can be paid directly by payment gateway opened during online application form by using any of Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/ Master Card / Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets from 12-Feb-2024 to 26-Feb-2024.
Method of Recruitment: An Online Test (Objective) will be conducted for the selection of candidates. After online test, qualified shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview (Hindi/English) based on the number of vacancies.
