Indian Air Force (IAF) has released a recruitment notification for Agniveervayu Intake 02/2025 under Agnipath Scheme. Unmarried Indian male and female candidates can apply online to join the IAF as an AGNIVEERVAYU starting from 8th July 2024 to 28th July 2024.

Educational Qualifications
a) Science Subjects: Candidate should have completed the Intermediate/10+2 or an equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics, and English, having a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate (50% in English) OR
Candidate must have completed a two-year Vocational Course with non-vocational subjects, including Physics, and Mathematics, with at least 50% marks in the aggregate (50% marks in English in Vocational Course). OR
Candidate must have passed three years Engineering Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile / Computer Science / Instrumentation Technology / Information Technology with at least 50% marks in the aggregate (50% marks in English).
b) Other than Science Subjects: Candidate should have completed the Intermediate/10+2 or an equivalent examination in any stream, having a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate (50% in English) OR
Candidate must have completed a two-year Vocational Course with at least 50% marks in the aggregate (50% marks in English in Vocational Course)
Age Limit
The candidate must be born between 3rd July 2004, and 3rd January 2008 (inclusive of both dates).
Pay & Allowances
Agniveervayu enrolled under this Scheme will receive an Agniveer package of Rs. 30,000/- per month with a fixed annual increase. Candidates will also be paid Risk and Hardship allowances (as applicable in IAF), Dress and Travel allowances.
Selection Process
Selection process will consist of Online Test, Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Adaptability Test-II, Medical Examination.
Examination Fee
Candidates are required to pay Examination fee of Rs. 550/- plus GST for applying for the online examination. Fee can be pay through payment gateway using Debit Cards/ Credit Cards/ Internet Banking.

Eligibility Criteria/ Educational Qualifications
1. Medical Assistant trade: Candidate should have completed the Intermediate/10+2 or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as subjects, having a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate (50% in English) OR
Candidate must have completed a two-year Vocational Course with non-vocational subjects, including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, with at least 50% marks in the aggregate (50% marks in English).
2. Candidate with Diploma/ B.Sc. in Pharmacy: Candidate should have completed the Intermediate/10+2 or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as subjects, having a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate (50% in English) OR
Candidate either with Diploma in Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Pharmacy with minimum 50% marks can apply. Candidate should have completed the Intermediate/10+2 or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as subjects, having a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate. Candidate should have a valid registration from State Pharmacy Council/ Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)
Marital Status/ Age Criteria
(a) For the Medical Assistant trade: The candidate must be unmarried and born between 24 June 2003 and 24 June 2007 (inclusive of both dates).
(b) For the Medical Assistant trade (with Diploma / B.Sc. in Pharmacy): Unmarried candidates should be born between 24 June 2000 and 24 June 2005 (inclusive of both dates), while married candidates should be born between 24 June 2000 and 24 June 2003 (inclusive of both dates)

Pay & Allowances: Candidates will be paid stipend of Rs. 14,600/- per month during training. After training period, Scale of pay including Military Service Pay (MSP) will be Rs. 26,900/- per month along with dearness allowance (as applicable).
Selection Process
Selection process will consist of Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Written Test (objective type) and Medical Examination.
Adaptability Test-II: After successfully passing the Written Test, candidates will be required to undergo Adaptability Test-II on the same or subsequent day, depending on local conditions. Adaptability Test-II will be conducted to identify candidates capable of adapting to the Indian Air Force environment and adjusting to the military way of life.
Medical Examination: Only candidates who pass Adaptability Test-II will undergo a medical examination in April 2024 at SMC, Air Force Station Ojhar. Candidate must bring original and four self-attested photocopies of original educational marks sheets/ passing certificates & documents mentioned in official notification at recruitment rally.
Tenure & Training
Initial enrollment will be for a period of 20 years (subject to service conditions) and may be extended up to the age of 57 years (subject to service conditions). Initially, candidates will undergo Joint Basic Phase Training (JBPT) at a designated Basic Training Institute. After successful completion of all stages of training, the airmen will be deployed for jobs as per the requirements of the Indian Air Force.
