Railways has issued an employment notification to fill 42 vacancies of AEE, Technical Assistant, Design Assistant for various projects in Civil / Electrical Department. Walk-in-interviews will be conducted from 5th June to 21st June 2024 for the selection of posts.

Educational Qualifications
a) AEE: Candidate must possess a full-time Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks. Candidate must have work experience of minimum 06 years.
b) Senior Technical Assistant: Candidate must possess a full-time Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks. Candidate must have work experience of minimum 01 year for Degree holder/ 03 years for Diploma holders.
c) Junior Technical Assistant (Electrical): Candidate must possess a full-time Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks. The candidate must have work experience of minimum 01 year.
d) Junior Technical Assistant (Civil): Candidate must possess a full-time Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks. The candidate must have work experience of minimum 01 year.
e) Design Assistant: Candidate must have passed ITI in Draftsman (Electrical) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. The candidate must have work experience of minimum 08 years experience for ITI holder or 06 years experience for Diploma holder.
f) Technical Assistant: Candidate must possess ITI in any trades along with minimum 03 years’ experience of operation/ repair/ maintenance of all the electrical equipments.
Age Limit
Upper age limit is 45 years for all posts as on 1st May 2024. Age limit is relaxable by 03 years for Other Backward Classes (NCL), 05 years for SC/ST and Ex-servicemen is discretionary.

Selection Process
Selection for posts will be made through walk-in-interviews which will be conducted from 5th June 2024 to 21st June 2024. There will be an initial screening of the applications and only eligible candidates will be called for interviews.
