Educational Qualifications
(i) Applicants must possess an MBBS degree, or an equivalent qualification approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI). (ii) Applicant must also have permanent registration with Madhya Pradesh Medical Council.

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2025)
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and below 40 years as on 1st January 2025 to be eligible for the Medical Officer position. The upper age limit can be extended for applicants belonging to reserved categories, according to the government guidelines.
Scale of Pay
Candidates selected for Medical Officer post will receive salary in Pay Scale Rs. 15,600-39,100 plus Grade Pay Rs. 5400 (As per Six Pay Commission).
Selection Process
A Qualifying Examination will be conducted for the selection of candidates for a Interview as per marks received in the examination. Final merit list will be made on the basis of marks obtained in the interview.
Application Fee
There is a non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 250 for SC/ ST/ OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/ PwD/ EWS category of Madhya Pradesh State and Rs. 500 (Five Hundred Only) for all General candidates/ Candidate other than Madhya Pradesh State. Payment of fees can only be made online through the Payment Gateway using online payment method (Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking).

Eligible candidates can submit online application through websites www.mponline.gov.in or mppsc.mp.gov.in 5th July 2024 to 4th August 2024. Candidates will be required to upload relevant documents in the online application.
