Educational Qualifications
a) Management Trainee (Chemical Lab): Candidate must possess Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Chemistry/ Inorganic Chemistry/ Organic Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry/ Physical Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry.
b) Management Trainee (Human Resources): Candidate must hold a full-time regular MBA/ Postgraduate degree/ diploma in Management/ Business Management (PGDM/ PGDBM) with Specialization in in Human Resource/ Personnel Management/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ HRM/ HRD/ /Human Resource Development & Management/ Labour Laws & Personnel Management.
f) All Other Disciplines: Candidate must possess an Engineering degree (B.E. / B. Tech./ B.Sc. Engineering) in relevant field with at least 60% aggregate marks.
Age Limit (as on 31.05.2024)
Minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum age limit is 27 years for all posts as on 31st May 2024. Relaxation in Upper age limit is applicable for upto 03 years for OBC category, 05 years for SC/ ST category, 10 years for PwBD Category (Unreserved/ EWS), 13 years for PwBD Category (OBC), 15 years for PwBD Category (Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe).
Scale of Pay
Candidates selected as Management Trainee will undergo one-year training program and will receive stipend of Rs. 30,000/- per month. After successful completion of the one-year training, candidates will be placed as Officer (regular) in the E1 Grade with a salary range of Rs. 40,000 – 140,000.
Selection Process
The selection for Management Trainee post will be made through two stages: Offline OMR Based Examination, and a personal interview. After Offline OMR Based Examination, selected candidates based of their performance in the Offline OMR Based Examination will be called for the personal interview.
Final selection will be made on the basis of performance in the Offline OMR Based Examination and personal interview,
Application Fee
There is an application fee of ₹700 (Rupees Seven Hundred) for General, OBC, and EWS candidates for submission of online application form. Candidates can pay application fee using Credit/ debit card or Internet Banking option. There is no application fee for Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST)/ PwBD/ ExSM candidates.

After registration, candidate can log in and fills out an application form with required details regarding education, experience, and desired position. Finally, applicants need to upload required documents like a photo, signature, and relevant certificates before submission of application.
