Education Qualifications: A candidate must hold a Graduate degree in any field from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. Candidate must be able to Read, Write and Speak the Regional Language of the State / UT against the vacancies for which a candidate is applying.
Age Limit (As on 1st January 2024): Minimum Age limit is 21 years and maximum 30 years, as on 01/01/2024. Candidates must have been born not before 02/01/1994 and not after 01/01/2003 (both days inclusive). Age Relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable as per norms.
Application Fee: Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST)/ PwBD candidates have to pay application fee (intimation charges only) of Rs. 100/- (inclusive of GST), while the application fee for all other categories is Rs. 850/- (inclusive of GST). Payment of application can be paid online from 1st February 2024 to 15th February 2024 through Debit Cards (Rupay / Visa / MasterCard / Maestro), Credit cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards / Mobile Wallets.
Pre-Examination Training: Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) / OBC (Non-creamy layer) / PwBD categories, who are interested in availing the benefit of online pre-examination training may indicate the same in his/her online application. For further details, candidates can refer to Recruitment section of the website http://www.newindia.co.in. Candidates who opt for the training will be informed through their registered email address and/or SMS.
Method of Recruitment: The recruitment process for Assistant jobs will consist of online tests (Preliminary & Main Examination). Both Preliminary Examination & Main Examination will be Online Objective Test. Candidates who will qualify in the Main Examination will be further called for Regional Language Test before the final selection. The examination will be conducted online in venues given in the respective call letters. List of Examination Centres can be found in the official notification attached below.
Shortlisted candidates in the online Main Examination will further be called for Regional Language Test which will be conducted by the Company, at specific centres. The Regional Language Test will be of qualifying nature only. No Scores will be allotted for the same.
How to Apply: Candidates can submit their application online through NIACL’s website http://www.newindia.co.in through ‘Recruitment’ Section. New candidates can register online through link ‘CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION’. Candidates are required to upload the all the required documents along with Photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration. Candidates can apply for posts in one State / UT only. After submission of Online Application, candidates must take a printout of the e-Receipt and online Application Form.
