Educational Qualifications (Discipline Wise)
a. Personnel: Candidate must have completed Graduation along with a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Sociology, Social Work, Labour Welfare, Personnel Management, IR, IRPM, HR, HRM, or an MBA in Personnel Management, HR, or HRM.
b. Materials Management: (i) Candidates must hold either an Engineering Degree or a Graduate degree in Arts, Science, or Commerce. (ii) Candidate should also hold an MBA in Materials Management or a Diploma in Materials Management.
c. Survey: (i) 3-year Diploma in Mining, Mines, or Mines Surveying (ii) Mine Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency under MMR
d. Law: (i) Candidate must hold a Graduate Degree (ii) 03-year Degree in Law
e. Corporate Social Responsibility: Bachelor’s Degree with a 2-year Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
f. Engineering Disciplines: Candidate must possess an Engineering Degree in the concerned discipline.

Age Limit (as on 18.07.2024)
Upper age limit for Executive post is 45 years as on 18th July 2024. The upper age limit can be relaxed by up to 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates, and for PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per government guidelines.

Selection Process
