Educational Qualifications/ Experience Details
a) Deputy Manager (Electrical Erection): Candidate must possess Engineering Degree (B.E/ B. Tech) in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics with minimum 60% marks.
b) Deputy Manager (Mechanical Erection): Candidate must possess Engineering Degree (B.E/ B. Tech) in Mechanical/ Production with minimum 60% marks.
c) Deputy Manager (C&I Erection): Candidate must possess Engineering Degree (B.E/ B. Tech) in Electronics/ Control & Instrumentation / Instrumentation with minimum 60% marks.
d) Deputy Manager (Civil Construction): Candidate must possess Engineering Degree (B.E/ B. Tech) in Civil/ Construction with minimum 60% marks.
e) Assistant Manager (Safety): Candidate must possess Engineering Degree with minimum 60% marks along with a full time Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma or Post Graduate degree in Industrial Safety with minimum 60% marks.
For Deputy Manager post, candidate must have minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience (including training/ trainee period, if any) in respective areas of Power Sector; for Assistant Manager post, candidate must have minimum 11 years post qualification relevant executive experience.
Age Limit
Age Limit: Upper age limit for both Deputy Manager & Assistant Manager posts is 40 years as on 8th March 2024. Age relaxation will be applicable as per norms.
Scale of Pay
a) Deputy Manager: E-4 Grade/ IDA (Rs.70000 -200000)
b) Assistant Manager (Safety): E3/IDA (Rs. 60000-180000)

Selection Process
Selection for both Deputy Manager & Assistant Manager posts will be made through Interview. NTPC Limited may conduct online screening/ shortlisting/ selection test for shortlisting the candidates for interview.
Application Fee
Application fee charges of Rs. 300 has to be paid by the General/ Other Backward Classes/ EWS category to apply for this recruitment. No fee charges for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ PwBD/ XSM category & all women candidates.
