Educational Qualifications
a) Conversion of CPL (A) Holders to CPL (H): Candidate must have a current & valid CPL (A) issued by DGCA, India. Candidate must have passed 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or its equivalent qualification.
b) General Manager (HR & Admin): Candidate must possess MBA’s or Postgraduate Degree / Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management
c) General Manager (Operations): Candidate must hold CHPL / ATPL (H) and at least 5000 hours of Helicopter Flying out of which 3000 hours as PIC + IR and should have minimum 20 hours of night flying experience.
d) General Manager (Flight Safety): Candidate having CHPL / ATPL License OR Aircraft Engineer with AME License endorsed for the helicopter operated by the Company. OR Helicopter Pilot / Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with Safety Experience with or without flying / medical category OR Candidates having Engineering Degree in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics, Electronics & Communication or equivalent with Safety Experience are eligible to apply.
e) Joint General Manager/ Assistant Manager (HR & Administration): Candidate must possess MBA’s or Postgraduate Degree / Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management.
f) Joint General Manager/ Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts): Candidate must possess CA’s / ICWA’s or MBA (Finance).
g) Joint General Manager/ Assistant Manager (Materials): Candidate must possess Engineering Degree / MBA or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Materials Management
h) Joint General Manager (Civil): Candidate must have a Graduate degree (B.E./ B.Tech) in Civil Engineering. Candidate also having MBA (Construction / Project / Maintenance Management) along with B.Tech/ B.E. (Civil) will be preferred.
i) Associate Helicopter Pilot: Helicopter Pilots holding CHPL / ATPL (H) with endorsement on Dauphin-N, Dauphin-N3, Mi-172, AS-350B3 & Bell-407 helicopters are eligible to apply.

Application Fee
Applicants have to pay an application fee of Rs. 295/- (Rupees two hundred and ninety-five only) in form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Pawan Hans Limited payable at DELHI/NOIDA. Demand Draft should be sent along with the application form.
