Educational Qualifications
a) Candidate must have appeared & qualified in the corresponding paper of GATE 2024 and have Valid Score in the GATE 2024.
b) Candidate must possess Engineering Degree B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engineering) in concerned discipline with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Age Limit (as on 31.12.2023)
Upper Age limit is 28 years as on 31st December 2023. Relaxation in Upper Age Limit will be applicable as per existing rules.
Scale of Pay
Candidates selected for Engineer Trainee will be paid stipend of Rs. 40,000/- in the pay scale of Rs.40,000/- -3%- 1,40,000(IDA) along with IDA, HRA and Perks during their one-year training. After successful completion of training period, the candidates will be hired as Engineer in E2 scale – Rs. 50,000/- 3%- 1,60,000/- (IDA).
Selection Process
Selection for Engineer Trainee post will be based on GATE 2024 score, Group Discussion & Personal Interview. Candidates must have achieved a qualifying score in the concerned GATE 2024 paper. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion & Personal Interview. Shortlisting will be done category-wise based on their GATE 2024 scores (normalized marks out of 100).
Application Fee
There is a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500 required to paid to complete the application. However, SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen/ Departmental candidates are exempted from application fee. Fees can be pay through online mode during the submission of online application.
