Educational Qualifications
a) Electrician Grade-II: Candidate must have passed 10th along with ITI (Regular) in any discipline of Electrical with at least 60% marks OR Candidate having Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 50% marks can also apply.
b) Junior Plant Attendant: Candidate must have passed 10th along with ITI (Regular) in any discipline with at least 60% marks OR Candidate having Diploma in any branch of Engineering with at least 50% marks can also apply.
c) Junior Plant Attendant (Chemical): Candidate must possess B.Sc. having Chemistry as main subject with at least 60% marks OR M.Sc. (Chemistry) with at least 50% marks.
d) Law Officer Grade-II: Candidate must hold full time Graduate degree with at least 60% marks and full-time regular Graduate degree in Law with professional 3-year course with at least 60% marks OR 05 years Integrated Graduate degree in Law with professional course with at least 60% marks.
In addition, candidate must have passed 10th having Punjabi as language for all posts.
Age Limit (as on 01.01.2024)
Candidates between the ages of 18 years and 37 years as on January 1, 2024, are eligible to apply for these positions. There may be age relaxations available for reserved categories as the Government of Punjab rules.
Selection Process
For the selection of post, a Computer based online test will be conducted in two parts: Part-I (Qualifying test of Punjabi Language) and Part-II (Consisting of questions related to the concerned course, General Knowledge, Reasoning and General English). Part-I (Qualifying test of Punjabi Language) will be objective type test consisting of 50 questions and Part-II of Online exam will be bilingual (English/Punjabi) consisting of 100 questions.
However, for the post of Law Officer, there will be no Qualifying test of Punjabi Language. A merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in Online test (Other than Qualifying test of Punjabi Language) and qualified candidates will be called for document checking.

Application fee is Rs. 885/- for Scheduled Caste (SC), Person with Disability Categories and Rs. 1416/- for all other categories. Applicants can pay the fee online while submitting online application.

Educational Qualifications
a) Accounts Officer (AO): Candidate must possess CA/ICWA.
b) Assistant Manager/HR (AM/HR): Candidate must have completed full-time MBA (HR/ IR) with minimum 60% marks OR Regular PSPCL/PSTCL employee who possess MBA (HR/ IR) with minimum 60% marks and minimum 03 years’ experience in PSPCL/PSTCL.
c) Revenue Accountant (RA): Candidate must possess full-time regular B.Com. with at least 60% marks OR full-time regular M.Com. with minimum 50% marks OR CA Inter/ ICWAI Inter.
d) Internal Auditor (IA): Candidate must possess full-time regular B.Com with at least 60% marks OR full-time regular M.Com. with at least 50% marks OR CA Inter/ ICWA Inter.
