Educational Qualifications
(i) Candidate must possess a Graduate Degree.
(ii) Candidate must have a minimum 120-hour computer course with hands-on experience in use of Personal Computer or Information Technology in office productivity/ desktop publishing applications OR A Computer Information Technology course that’s equivalent to the ‘O’ Level certificate offered by the Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Course (DOEACC) program in India
(iii) Candidate must have knowledge of Punjabi Language. Candidate must have passed 10th Standing with Punjabi as one of Main/ Elective subject.
Scale of Pay/ Salary
Selected candidates for Clerk/ Store Keeper post will be given salary in Pay Scale Rs. 19900/- (Level-2) as per 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC)
Age Limit (as on 1st January 2024)
For all categories, minimum age limit requirement is 18 years and upper age limit is 37 years for General category, 42 years for Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Backward Classes (BC) of Punjab, 45 years for Employees of Central/ State Government.

Selection Process
Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board (PSSSB) will conduct a Written Examination (Objective type – Multiple Choice Questions) for the selection of Clerk and Store Keeper posts.
After the performance in Written Examination, selected candidates will be called for Typing Test in Punjabi & English (minimum speed 30 wpm). The typing test will be taken in Unicode Compliant Font Raavi on Computer. The typing test will be of qualifying nature and final merit list will be prepared based on marks in Written Test.
