Educational Qualifications
a) Management Trainee (CC Lab): Candidate must have completed Ph.D. in Chemistry OR Engineering Degree (B.E. / B. Tech.) in Chemical Engg./ Petrochemical Engg./ Chemical Technology with minimum 60% aggregate marks.
b) Management Trainee (Marketing): Candidate must hold a full-time regular Graduate degree in Science, Engineering, or Agriculture plus two-year full-time any one of these postgraduate degree in Marketing: MBA (with a specialization or major in Marketing)/ MMS (with a specialization or major in Marketing)/ MBA (Agricultural Business Management/ Agricultural Business & Management)/ MBA (Agriculture).
c) Management Trainee (Human Resources): Candidate must hold a full-time regular Graduate degree in any field plus two-year, full-time Postgraduate degree/ diploma in Business Management/ Management or equivalent Master Degree with Specialization in Human Resources/ Personnel Management/ Social Work/ Welfare/ Industrial Relations, or Labour Studies.
d) Management Trainee (Administration): Candidate must hold a full time regular Graduate degree in any field plus MBA (HR)/ (MMS) Master of Management Studies/ (MHRDM) Master of Human Resource Development & Management/ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management/ Management
e) Management Trainee (Corporate Communication): Candidate must hold a full-time regular Graduate degree in any field plus two-year, full-time Postgraduate degree/ diploma in Business Management/ Management or equivalent Master Degree with Specialization in Media Studies/ Public Relations/ Mass Communication / Journalism.
f) All Other Disciplines: Candidate must possess B.E. / B. Tech. Engineering degree in concerned discipline with minimum 60% aggregate marks.

Salary/ Pay Scale
Candidates selected for the Management Trainee role will have to complete a one-year training program and will be paid stipend of Rs. 30,000/- per month. Upon successfully completing the one-year training program, candidates will be placed in the E1 Grade with a salary range of Rs. 40,000 – 140,000.
Selection Process
The selection process for Management Trainee roles involves two stages: A computer based online objective type test, and a personal interview. Selected candidates on the basis of their performance in the online test, eligible candidates will be provisionally invited for personal interview. Final merit list will be prepared on the basis of performance in the online test as well as personal interview,
Application Fee
Candidates belonging to General, OBC and EWS category are required to pay application fee of ₹1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) while submitting online application form. Fee can be pay using any of internet banking account or credit/ debit card option. No fee charges for Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST)/ PwBD/ ExSM and Women candidates.
