Educational Qualifications
a) Junior Instructor (Computer Lab): (i) Secondary education (10+2) (ii) Technical Education: Engineering Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Application or Post Graduation in Computer Application or Three years Diploma in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Technology
b) Junior Instructor (Employability Skills): Candidate must hold MBA degree or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Diploma/ Graduation in any discipline.
c) Junior Instructor (Engineering Drawing): (i) Secondary education/10+2 passed with Physics, Chemistry and Maths (ii) Technical Education: Engineering Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Application or Post Graduation in Computer Application or Three years Diploma in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Technology
d) Junior Instructor (Workshop Calculation & Science): (i) Secondary education/10+2 passed with Physics, Chemistry and Maths (ii) Technical Education: Engineering Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Application or Post Graduation in Computer Application or Three years Diploma in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Technology.

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2024)
The minimum age limit required for the Junior Instructor post is 18 years and the candidate should be below 40 years as on 1st January 2024. Relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable to reserved categories as per rules.
Scale of Pay
Candidates will be paid salary in Level-10 (Pay Matrix) as per 7th CPC.
Selection Process
An Offline (OMR based) examination will be conducted by Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board (RSMSSB) for selection of Junior Instructor jobs. Candidates can check details of examinations in the official notification linked below or through the official website of RSMSSB.
Application Fee
- Application fees of Rs.600 is payable by General/ Other Backward Classes (OBC)-Creamy Layer category candidates of Rajasthan,
- Application fee is Rs.400 for Other Backward Classes (OBC) category (non-creamy layer), Economically Weaker Section, Schedule Caste/ Schedule Tribe Candidates of Rajasthan.
- For all PwD Candidates, application fee – Rs. 400/-
- Application fees will be paid online through using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net-Banking OR fee can be pay through any e-mitra kiosk, Common Service Centers (CSC) of the Rajasthan.
