Educational Qualifications
a) Sr Consultant: Candidate must possess M.Ch/ D.M/ DNB in concerned discipline from a University/ Institute recognized by MCI/NBE/NMC.
b) Consultant: Postgraduate Degree (MD/MS)/ DNB in concerned discipline
c) Sr Medical Officer: Postgraduate Degree (MD/MS)/ DNB in concerned discipline
d) Medical Officer: Candidate must possess MBBS degree and have minimum 01 year post qualification experience.
e) Medical Officer (OHS): Candidate must possess MBBS and Degree/ Diploma in Industrial Health/ Occupational Health/ AFIH (Associate Fellowship in Industrial Health)
f) Assistant Manager (Safety): (i) Candidate must possess full time Engineering degree B.E./B.Tech. (ii) Postgraduate Degree/ Diploma in Industrial Safety (at least 01 year duration)
g) Operator cum Technician (Boiler): (i) Candidate must have passed Matriculation and full time 03 years diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Power Plant/ Production/ Instrumentation Engineering (ii) First Class Boiler Attendant Certificate of Competency.
h) Attendant cum Technician (Boiler): (i) Candidate must have passed Matriculation and full time ITI in concerned trade (ii) Second Class Boiler Attendant Certificate of Competency
i) Mining Foreman: (i) Candidate must have passed Matriculation. (ii) Candidate must have completed full time 03 years Diploma in Mining with valid Mines’ Foreman Certificate of Competency from DGMS under MMR, 1961 (For Metalliferous Mines).
j) Surveyor: Candidate must have passed Matriculation with full time 03 years Diploma in Mining/ Mining & Mines’ Survey with Mines Surveyor’s certificate of Competency
k) Operator cum Technician Trainee (Mining): Candidate must have passed Matriculation with full time 03 years Diploma in Mining discipline.
l) Operator cum Technician Trainee (Electrical): Candidate must have passed Matriculation with full time 03 years Diploma in Electrical discipline.
m) Mining Mate: Candidate must have passed Matriculation with valid Mining Mate Certificate of Competency.
n) Attendant cum Technician Trainee: Candidate must have passed Matriculation with ITI in a concerned Trade and completion of apprenticeship training of minimum 01 year duration in a concerned trade.

Selection Process
For Sr Consultant, Consultant & Sr. Medical Officer posts, selection will be made through performance in Interview. For all other posts, a Computer Based test and Interview will be conducted for the selection of posts.
