Age Limit
For applying for Management Trainee (Technical) post, candidate should not be above 28 years as on 25th July 2024. Maximum age is relaxable by 03 years for OBC (Non-creamy Layer) candidates, 05 years for SC/ST candidates & for other as per govt. rules.

Educational Qualifications
Candidate must possess an Engineering Degree in Chemical/ Civil Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering/ Instrumentation/ Metallurgy or equivalent discipline with 65% aggregate marks.
Emoluments/ Pay Scale
Candidates who will selected will be on job training, for a duration of one year. Throughout the training period, candidate will receive basic pay of Rs. 50,000/- per month in the pay scale Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000.
Upon the successful completion of the training, candidate will be appointed as an Assistant Manager with pay scale of Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000.
Selection Process
Selection process for Management Trainees (Technical) will be made through Group Discussion and Interview. Candidates will be shortlisted for Group Discussion and Interview based on scores in concerned Engineering paper of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2024) Examination. Final selection will be made based on merit made on the basis of Marks of GATE 2024, Group Discussion and Interview.
Application Fee
Application & Processing Fee for General/ Other Backward Classes (OBC)/ EWS candidates is Rs. 700/– whereas SC/ ST/ PwBD/ ESM/ Departmental candidates will pay only processing Fee of Rs. 200/-. During the online application submission, candidates can pay Application & Processing Fee using Credit Card / ATM-cum-Debit Card or Net Banking. No other mode of payment will be accepted.

New candidates can first register through ‘New User’ link and already registered candidates can directly login. After providing all necessary information, uploading the required document(s), candidate can submit the application and obtain a printout of the application for record.
