Educational Qualifications
(i) For I.M.A./ Officers’ Training Academy: Candidate must possess any degree of a recognised University or equivalent.
(ii) For Indian Naval Academy: Candidate must hold an Engineering Degree.
(iii) For Air Force Academy: Candidate must possess a Degree with Physics & Mathematics at 10+2 level or candidates with Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) are eligible to apply.
Age Limit
a) For IMA/ Indian Naval Academy: Unmarried male candidates who are born on or after 2nd July 2001 and on or before 1st July 2006 are eligible to apply.
b) Air Force Academy: Minimum age limit is 20 years and maximum 24 years as on 1st July 2025 (Candidate should have been born on or after 2nd July 2001 and on or before 1st July 2005)
c) For Officers’ Training Academy — (SSC Course for Men): Unmarried male candidates who are born on or after 2nd July 2000 and on or before 1st July 2006 are eligible to apply.
d) For Officers’ Training Academy — (SSC Women Non-Technical Course): Unmarried women, issueless widows who have not remarried and issueless divorcees (in possession of divorce documents) who have not remarried and who are born on or after 2nd July 2000 and on or before 1st July 2006 are eligible to apply.
Stipend/ Pay Scale
During training period, Officers Cadets will be paid stipend of Rs 56,100/- per month (starting from Level-10). After successful completion of training, the pay in the Pay matrix of the Officer commissioned shall be fixed in first Cell of Level 10
Selection Process
Selection for the courses will be made through a Written Examination and Intelligence & Personality test. The Written Examination will be conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on 1st September 2024 at various centres. Services Selection Board (SSB) will conduct a Intelligence & Personality test for candidates who will qualify in Written Test.
Application Fee
Candidates will be required to pay Application fee charges of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only). Application Fee can be pay either through cash at any branch of State Bank of India (SBI) or can be pay online using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ UPI or Net banking facility of any bank till 4th June 2024, 6:00 P.M. No fees required from Female/ Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST).

Eligible candidates can submit application online for Combined Defence Services (CDS) Examination (II) 2024 at official website of UPSC www.upsconline.nic.in up to 04th June 2024 till 6:00 PM.
Candidate should have a valid & active email id and mobile number before applying for the post. Candidates can register at One Time Registration (OTR) platform and after registration Online Application Form can be submitted as per instructions.
