Educational Qualifications
Candidate must have passed the written and practical parts of the final M.B.B.S. Examination.
Age Limit (as on 01.08.2024)
Candidates should be below 32 years of age as on 1st August 2024 for applying for CMSE Examination 2024 (Candidates should be born on or after 02 August 1992). Upper age limit is relaxable for reserved categories as per govt rules.
Selection Process
Combined Medical Services Examination (CMSE) 2024 will consist of Written Examination and Personality Test. Written Examination will be of 500 marks, with two papers carrying 250 marks each. Candidates qualifying Written Examinations will be called for Personality Test which will be of 100 marks.

Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay application fees of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) for applying for the examination. Fees can be pay either by cash in any State Bank of India (SBI) branch or can be pay online by using Debit Card/ Credit Card or Net banking facility of any bank.
No fees is required from Female/ Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST)/ Persons with Benchmark Disability candidates.
How to Apply
Eligible candidates can submit application online through the official website of UPSC www.upsconline.nic.in till 30th April, 2024 (18:00 Hours). Candidates can register at One Time Registration (OTR) platform and after that submit the online Application Form as per given instructions.
